Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support and drive our sales activities at Sun Jiang Trading Sdn Bhd. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organized, and passionate about client engagement and business development.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual and face-to-face client meetings

Present and demonstrate products/services to clients

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Negotiate and close sales deals

Maintain accurate sales and customer records

Attend trade shows, promotional events, and industry expos

Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly sales reports

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Provide admin support: manage inquiries, process orders, track delivery

Liaise with logistics, accounts, and other departments

Prepare sales presentations and documentation

Resolve customer issues and build strong relationships

Suggest and implement process improvements

Provide support to other sales team members as needed

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–2 years' experience in sales or customer service (FMCG or trading industry preferred)

Familiarity with the FMCG sector is a strong advantage

Good organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Problem-solving attitude and detail-oriented

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with certain clients and stakeholders

Must own a car or motorcycle
