Job Title: Conveyancing Lawyer

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to conveyancing matters.
- Prepare, review, and manage all necessary legal documentation and contracts for property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations pertaining to conveyancing.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on property transactions, ensuring their interests are protected.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Manage timelines effectively to ensure smooth progression of property transactions from inception to completion.
- Attend to the execution of legal documents and facilitate the settlement process.
- Handle any legal disputes or issues that arise during the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all conveyancing transactions.
- Continuously update knowledge on changes in property law and conveyancing practices.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law () or equivalent qualification.
- Admission to the Bar, with a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in conveyancing or property law.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
