Job description

Position: Project Admin

Company Background: Steel Manufacturing

Working Location: Skudai, Johor Bahru

Working Hours: mon~fri : 830 ~530pm / sat : 830an~ 3pm

Salary Range: Up To Basic RM4.5k

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as a resource for both routine and complex situations, offering guidance on department policies.
  • Work on special projects and assist in the creation of reports, organizational charts, and guidelines.
  • Create and manage processes like forms and checklists to improve the departments efficiency.
  • Lead administrative meetings, team-building events, and communicate best practices to enhance teamwork.
  • Mentor new administrative assistants, providing training and guidance.
  • Able to interpret BQ and drawings.
  • Issue out POs, Dos, and arrangement for logistic accordingly

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project clerk
  • Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
