Job Description:

UST Malaysia is looking for two L1 Application Support Analysts to support supply chain operations. The role focuses on incident management and coordination post-maintenance activities for SAP systems, particularly in Material Management (MM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Level 1 support for SAP ECC6, with a focus on Material Management (MM)
2. Monitor and manage incidents via Microsoft Case Management (IBSM)
3. Perform basic system validations after scheduled SAP maintenance (monthly)
4. Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams for issue resolution
5. Conduct UAT and validations before promoting changes to production
6. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and minor enhancements
7. Maintain close communication with business stakeholders and partners
8. Ensure on-call backup availability

Requirements:

1. Has 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or application support role
2. Holds at least a Bachelor's Degree.
3. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
4. Basic understanding of SAP is required, especially in Material Management (MM)
5. Familiarity with ticketing tools like Microsoft Dynamics IBSM (or similar) would be an added advantage.
6. Willingness to work fully onsite and on a shift basis
7. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
9. Willing to work on rotational shift:
10. a) Shift 1: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11. b) Shift 2: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
