Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Management Executive to lead and oversee the successful implementation of digital solutions for our organization. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle, from initial research and requirement analysis to deployment and ongoing support. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, ensuring efficient project execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with budget and timeline parameters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and proposed solutions based on their needs and end-user experience.
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand project goals, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
3. Generate comprehensive documentation, including Chatbot & System Integration Flow, Project and Implementation Reports, Sign-Off Sheets, and Subscription Date Tracking.
4. Design chatbot conversation flows and optimize user interactions.
5. Oversee the design, implementation, and management of chatbot and chat automation projects.
6. Facilitate onboarding and training for customers and project team members.
7. Drive digital solutions, including automation, pipeline development, and integration strategies.
8. Manage end-to-end project implementation, ensuring milestones and communication with stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with clients for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and preparation of UAT documents.
10. Ensure strict adherence to project budget and timeline, addressing potential deviations promptly.
11. Oversee deployment for seamless integration into existing infrastructure.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years project management experience, preferably in tech or digital solutions
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, adept at stakeholder management
• Proficient in project management software and agile methods
• Ability to multitask and manage concurrent projects
• Results-focused and committed to objectives
• Proficient in Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs, with bonus in Apps Script
• Experience in customer support and project management with a focus on chat automation and chatbot management
• Experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., Dialog Flow, IBM Watson, AzureAI) and automation tools
• Familiarity with web terms: JSON, RESTful API, Webhooks, AI
• Understanding of SDLC concepts
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
