The opportunity

As a Manager/Senior Manager for Transformation Architecture, you will help clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organisational and operational issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organisations, transforming operations and processes, and improving business performance.

You will lead client engagements, facilitate discussions, interview clients, identify and summarize key issues, outline project approaches, and draft proposals.

Your key responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy - assist in developing a long-range, multi-year view of growth options and strategic recommendations.
2. Strategic Planning - design sustainable processes and tools for effective strategic, long-range, and initiative investment planning.
3. Enterprise cost reduction and operating model design - help reduce costs and change structure, governance, and metrics.
4. Value driver-based decision support - identify drivers of enterprise value and translate into planning, reporting, and decision frameworks.
5. Develop and drive account planning, sales, and delivery of service offerings.
6. Manage and control commercial aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years (Managers) or 8 years (Senior Managers) of experience, preferably in a business consulting role.
• Experience in strategy formulation, organization design, and business process improvement.
• Experience managing large, complex projects like public-private partnerships, mergers, restructuring, and transformation.
• Experience evaluating and redesigning business operating models for effectiveness.
• Professional presence to engage management-level clients and internal stakeholders.

Ideally, you will also have

• Experience with leading industry players, including multinationals or large domestic companies.
• An MBA from a reputable business school.
