This is a contract basis for ± 12 months duration.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare Project Quality Management Procedure (PQMP) and prepare, execute & update QA/QC related procedures;
- Implement Quality System Training and conduct Project Audits;
- Follow up on Corrective Actions for non-conformance and Preventive Actions;
- Monitor day-to-day QC inspection and testing activities in accordance with the approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and ensure compliance with contract documents, project procedures, and relevant industrial codes/standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Familiarity with relevant international Industrial Codes & Standards, including but not limited to ANSI, ASME, AWS, or API.
- Possess accreditation such as:
- Associate/Practitioner Chartered Quality Associate/Practitioner (CQA) or (CQPr) from the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
- The Certified Quality Engineer from the American Society of Quality (ASQ).
- Certified Quality Improvement Professional from the American Certification Institute (ACI).
- Experience in internal/external Project quality audits.
- Knowledge of relevant international standards, e.g., ISO9001, ISO/TS 29001.
- Certification as a Quality Engineer/Manager from ASQ, CQI, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with current Quality Management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including performance improvement, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and customer satisfaction—considered an advantage.
