Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team. In this role, you will oversee all HR functions across the company, including recruitment, performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary actions, and learning and development. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between executives and employees, enhance our employer brand, improve employee engagement, and develop strategic talent resource plans.

To succeed in this position, you should have prior experience as an HR Manager or in other senior HR roles, along with comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal requirements.

  3. Training, counseling, and coaching employees
  4. Conflict resolution through professional mediation
  5. Administrative duties related to HR
