Job description

• Lead the design process and architecture from concept to final implementation, ensuring seamless user and customer experiences. Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the design team in developing a new, UI/UX-friendly portal.
  2. Acting as the focal point to the development team to bring designs into implementation.
  3. Supporting the development team in building a scalable, high-quality UI/UX portal.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.

• Building and designing a sophisticated portal with a dashboard focused on operational excellence, insightful analytics, and streamlined workflows.

• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Canva.

• Mentoring and guiding junior designers, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably on financial or eCommerce platforms.
