Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare clients to understand their specific needs.
  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and client teams to drive growth, maximize revenue, and close sales.
  • Create tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and act on upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand account potential.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and guide sales strategies.
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and clinical data to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, generate performance reports, and support cross-departmental coordination for cohesive client support.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Science, or a related field.
  • Result-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or related roles within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in healthcare settings.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds will also be considered.
