SPM or Diploma equivalent preferably with basic Accounting knowledge.

Good knowledge of MS Office package.

Knowledge of AutoCount will be advantageous.

Able to communicate verbally and write in English.

Min 2-3 year(s) of related working experience.

1. Review and process vendor invoices.
2. Process payments and ensure completeness of payment processes.
3. Generate AP/AR reports.
4. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
5. Assist in inventory-related functions and report compilation.
6. Able to work independently.
