We are looking for a Customer Executive to deliver accelerated sales and market share targets by creating, selling, and executing the category commercial elements of the Customer Joint Business Plan with the Customer. The role involves building Nestlé’s reputation with the customer and ensuring adherence to Nestlé policies and principles in all business relationships.

A day in the life of a Customer Executive
  • Develop, agree, and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for required categories.
  • Sell a range of Nestlé products to designated accounts to meet sales, profit, and market share objectives within the GTS budget.
  • Drive business relationships with accounts, understand customer businesses, and ensure customer intimacy.
  • Maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within the customer and Nestlé to resolve challenges, issues, and queries as they arise.
What Will Make You Successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial experience, preferably with good knowledge of Nestlé, retailing, and retail customers. Experience with CDT background will be an added advantage.
  • Result-oriented skills.
