Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Lead new product development and launches in collaboration with R&D, sales, and supply chain.
Oversee the creation of compelling content and creative assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Manage relationships with advertising, media, and research agencies.
Track and report on marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs; optimize strategies based on data.
Collaborate with the sales team to support trade marketing and promotional activities.
Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, or related field
5 years or above of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and market research
