A leading financial services provider is seeking a Human Resources Executive to assist with HR functions, including recruitment and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of HR policies and local employment laws.

Responsible for assisting with Human Resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, administration, and other HR-related matters.
Ensure timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
Manage staff onboarding procedures, including collecting personal supporting documents, assigning company email, access cards, work stations, and briefing on company policies, as well as conducting new staff orientation.
Handle staff off-boarding procedures, including exit procedures and re-directing company emails.
Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustments, and appraisals in a timely manner.
Maintain human resource information system records and generate reports from the database.
Update and maintain employee data and personal files (hard and soft copies) based on actual data and documents.
Develop and update human resource policies and procedures, providing recommendations as needed.
Handle administrative matters related to HR.
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required.
