Responsible in contributing to the growth and profitability of CM/TB by cross-selling CM product outlining facilities & solutions and operational transactions for GB customers; Support the Cash Management, CM/TB initiatives & business by ensuring business requirements are delivered within the parameters of internal policies and controls and are in compliance with the country’s regulations;
Accountable for end to end project execution for the duration of the implementation life cycle & is expected to apply structured implementation techniques throughout (i.e., from pre-implementation scoping to post Implementation support phases);
Contribute to management of operational risks within GB with increased awareness and stronger processes;
Participate in the regionalisation of the Client Implementation Service/Support activities across countries, with other OUs and group offices to outline with solutions to meet clients’ needs;
Ensure seamless service delivery by promptly interfacing with GB customers, GB Relationship Managers (TB Sales), Client Coverage and other internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in IT, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
Possess good communication and problem solving skills;
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and tight deadline;
Able to think creatively, result oriented and display consistence performance.
