About the role

GAN & ZUL is seeking experienced Conveyancing Legal Associates to join our dynamic legal team in Bangsar & Southkey, Johor Bharu.As a Conveyancing Legal Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing legal services to our clients, with a focus on property transactions and related matters.

What you'll be doing

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements, loan agreements, and other property-related contracts

Conducting legal research and due diligence to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Providing legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process

Liaising with various stakeholders, including clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions

Maintaining accurate records and files to ensure efficient case management

Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and industry best practices

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in law & called to the Bar

0 to 3 years PQE

Strong understanding of property law, including land registration, mortgages, and related regulations

Self motivated, meticuluos, committed and able to work independently

Possess own transport

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work as a team
