You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services, coordinating your duties to support impeccable service operations. In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

How You Will Contribute

When you receive a request pertinent to your area of responsibility, you will review and coordinate activities to respond, communicate progress to clients, schedule meetings as appropriate, and ensure service quality. Good technical writing skills are necessary as you will write documentation and follow up on downstream processes. You will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring compliance with data privacy and legal requirements. Additionally, you will initiate and follow up on activities with third-party vendors, ensure data accuracy and timeliness, produce and analyze reports, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.

High-Level Responsibilities

Operational Delivery:

  • Maintain up-to-date deep Talent Acquisition knowledge to support key moments during the recruitment journey.
  • Possess strong knowledge of enabling technologies, systems (e.g., Workday), and processes.
  • Support managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle with relevant language skills.
  • Escalate queries to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator Lead or Advisor as appropriate.
  • Manage external interview schedules and assessment logistics.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors and Leads on recruitment administration activities.
  • Lead scheduling of external candidate interviews.
  • Handle candidate reimbursement and invoice processing.
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing onboarding sessions.
  • Prepare offer proposals and generate contract/offer letters for internal and external hires.
  • Process new joiners' data inputs.
  • Ensure execution of all Talent Acquisition processes, policies, and SOPs.
  • Manage job postings, background checks, and medical screening processes.
  • Oversee offer documentation, onboarding, and hiring processes up to start date, partnering with other workstreams on start date changes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Ensure employee data captured during recruitment feeds effectively into downstream systems.
  • Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience and manage candidate communities.
  • Deliver operational procedures aligned with KPIs and SLAs, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Job-specific requirements:

  • 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition Coordination experience, familiar with interview scheduling, compliance, and pre-employment processes.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficient in systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High integrity handling confidential information.
  • Experience managing internal offers involving higher-level stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Willing to support ad-hoc tasks as needed.
