• Responsible for investigating and resolving process and payment issues related to outstanding breaks, ensuring accurate claims.
• Reconciliation and payment of dividend and coupon claims.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to address any breaks, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication.
• Oversee market documentation and complete paperwork as needed.
• Perform reconciliation tasks across multiple areas.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any course (Finance/Accounting preferred).
• Experience with banking operations and a general understanding of financial instruments (Equities, FX, ETFs). Knowledge of SWIFT or corporate actions platforms is a plus.
• Client service mindset with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with external service providers.
• Ability to synthesize information quickly and to research and resolve unfamiliar issues.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of market opening processes, expense processing, and reconciliation is advantageous.
• Recommended working experience: 6 months to 1 year.
• Position is fully onsite.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 1 am.
