Job Description
- Responsible for investigating and resolving process and payment issues related to outstanding breaks, ensuring accurate claims.
- Reconciliation and payment of dividend and coupon claims.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to address any breaks, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication.
- Oversee market documentation and complete paperwork as needed.
- Perform reconciliation tasks across multiple areas.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any course (Finance/Accounting preferred).
- Experience with banking operations and a general understanding of financial instruments (Equities, FX, ETFs). Knowledge of SWIFT or corporate actions platforms is a plus.
- Client service mindset with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with external service providers.
- Ability to synthesize information quickly and to research and resolve unfamiliar issues.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of market opening processes, expense processing, and reconciliation is advantageous.
- Recommended working experience: 6 months to 1 year.
- Position is fully onsite.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 1 am.
