Functional Accountabilities:

Personnel Data Admin (PDA)

  • Data entry into SAP for employee personal details, including new hires, transfers, and terminations

Time & Attendance (T&A)

  • Processing employee leave and overtime data, involving Excel and SAP data entry

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Data analysis and maintenance in Workday and SAP for employee compensation, benefits, allowances, perks, and bonuses

Payroll Administration

  • Running payroll via SAP
  • Ensuring payroll reports reflect accurate monthly salary and remuneration through reconciliation

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, such as HR Generalist or HR Services roles
  • Experience with SAP or Workday is a plus
  • Willing to be based in Georgetown, Penang
