What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the hero behind smooth order fulfillment — ensure customers get what they need, when they need it, and help us hit our sales targets while you're at it.
- Act as the friendly bridge between customers and our Technical Support team — making sure all technical inquiries are heard and handled with care.
- Keep tabs on production and delivery schedules like a pro, ensuring parts arrive on time and in perfect order.
- Update customers on their order status, shipping details, and next steps — communication is your secret weapon!
- Prepare and send out price lists and quotations quickly and accurately (because time is money!).
- Take charge of billing — accurate, timely, and always done right.
- Help us stay financially healthy by following up on payments, reviewing credit terms, and keeping things moving smoothly.
- Keep records and documentation neat, organized, and audit-ready.
- Always aim for top-notch customer service — because our customers deserve nothing less.
- Monitor and manage customer credit exposure with confidence and precision.
