About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at MK Porridge Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, training, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in our Kepong, Kuala Lumpur office.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and regulations.
3. Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge.
4. Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives.
5. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
6. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address any HR-related challenges or concerns.
7. Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a human resources role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable, as it is the main language in the company.
3. Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
7. Experience in implementing employee engagement initiatives and designing training programmes.
8. Passion for contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
