Job description

Location: IOI Business Park, Puchong

Salary Range: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute creative digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and online traffic across all platforms.
  • Create compelling content tailored to different audiences for social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Actively manage and maintain the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to implement innovative marketing ideas.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to maximize ROI, including tracking and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for all digital platforms.
  • Lead initiatives to increase customer engagement, follower growth, and conversions through interactive content and campaigns.
  • Conduct customer and market research to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns while achieving key objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, website analytics, and social media metrics.
  • Organize and update the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties related to marketing as assigned by the Management.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Art & Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Adaptable and Trend-Savvy
  • Constantly comes up with fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • A creative, dynamic, and energetic individual with a passion for digital trends and social media.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and technologies.
