Position Summary
  1. Print and organize various necessary documents, summarize relevant information, and distribute information to appropriate employees.
  2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company safety programs within the assigned area, including all relevant regulations.
  3. Adhere to food safety and handling policies across all food-related areas.
  4. Maintain clear records for reports and invoices; ensure proper filing and storage.
  5. Calculate figures for inventories, orders, and costs; conduct inventory audits.
  6. Notify management of low stock levels; troubleshoot vendor delivery issues; oversee return processes.
  7. Verify and track received inventory; reconcile shipping invoices and reports.
  8. Receive, unload, and process deliveries; monitor PAR levels for food items.
  9. Refuse damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
  10. Assist management in training, scheduling, and motivating employees; serve as a role model.
  11. Ensure adherence to quality standards and report safety issues.
  12. Follow all company policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
  13. Support team to ensure proper coverage and guest service; communicate professionally.
  14. Develop positive working relationships; support team goals; respond to employee concerns.
  15. Read and verify information accurately; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  16. Move, lift, and manipulate objects weighing up to 50 pounds; navigate various spaces and surfaces.
  17. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • No specific license or certification required.
