About the role

KAEN Properties Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records and databases

Acts as the middle person to liaise between tenants, operation team, and the house owners

Providing administrative support to managers and other team members as needed

Assisting with the preparation of reports, building application permit/forms, and other documents

Processing expenses claims and recording monthly payment receipts

Performing other general office duties as required

Data entry for monthly reports

What we're looking for

Able to write and speak fluent Mandarin/Chinese, and English

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, fresh graduates are welcomed too

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Diploma certificate holder or above in any field
