About the role

We are seeking a committed and customer-focused Service Counter Assistant to join our team at ES2000 STAFFING SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, on a contract basis. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
3. Processing customer transactions, such as payments and returns, accurately and promptly
4. Maintaining a clean and organised service counter area
5. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment tasks as needed
6. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service counter environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
