Job Responsibilities
- Define key business segments and prioritize customer needs with effective strategies to meet client requirements, increase usage of cash management services, and optimize business relationship profitability.
- Develop and manage cash management products, including innovation and enhancements, along with their processing and delivery systems.
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
- Oversee project and product lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage communication with product vendors regarding enhancements and new initiatives, evaluation, selection, and review of deliverables.
- Collaborate with third parties and stakeholders, including risk and compliance teams, to ensure proper product lifecycle management prior to product launches.
- Coordinate product releases with vendors, technical teams, business units, client service, and implementation teams, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Serve as a point of contact for all product-related inquiries and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Assess the competitive landscape, industry trends, and market data related to cash management to ensure products remain competitive.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, preferably in corporate or cash management domain.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Preferably with a Business IT background.
