• Prepare full set accounts in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepare full company tax computation in an accurate and timely manner
• Preparation and submission of SST reporting in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure timely submission of personal tax
• Analyze accounts and provide proper advice
• Manage to achieve monthly targets and collection KPIs set
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and IRB officers
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Conduct meetings with clients upon job completion
• Respond promptly to clients to maintain good relationships
• Supervisors oversee a small team and review work completed by juniors and seniors

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma or higher qualification
• Preferably with 1 year of accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Agile and flexible
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Basic IT skills with Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
• Good communication skills to convey ideas effectively
