Job Description:

1. Conveyancing Clerk
2. Assist lawyers in handling various real property transactions.
3. Liaise with clients, agents, and bank officers with minimal supervision.
4. Chambering student: Be goal-driven, diligent, and interested in pursuing a career in conveyancing & commercial practice.
5. Assist solicitors in preparing and handling relevant agreements and documents, including conducting legal research.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Conveyancing Clerk:

• At least 1-2 years of experience handling SPA & loan documentation for different banks.
• Friendly, well-organized, and proactive.

Chambering student:

• Hardworking and possess own transport.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Good communication skills, proficient in English and Malay.
