Responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical care to dialysis patients.
2. Ensure optimal patient outcomes by following the clinical process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, in accordance with local and international standards.
3. Adhere to and promote infection control policies by setting a positive example and ensuring team compliance.
4. Monitor stock levels of consumables and medications in the unit, ensuring timely reordering to prevent operational disruptions.
5. Manage clinical and medical supplies by tracking inventory, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, verifying deliveries, and optimizing resource use.
6. Provide ongoing health assessments and education to monitor patients’ progress and ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
7. Report and assist in the investigation of any incident within the workplace, including sharp injuries, near hits, and property damage.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned, in line with management decisions and operational needs.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Medical Assistant or Nursing.
2. Must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Assistant Board/Nursing Board.
3. Certified in CPR.
4. Patient service and care abilities.
