Job Description:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit with organizational culture and job requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market salary rates, and other factors affecting recruitment.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to enhance overall HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience.
