Job Descriptions
- To acquire new business focusing on Primary Focus: mortgage, salary financing, and Secondary Focus: credit protection and credit card.
- To be responsible for sales fulfillment on Mortgage and Salary Financing.
- To participate in all sales and marketing activities, e.g., property launches, seminar selling, pocket talk, payroll, and product launching.
- To emphasize on the focus products, i.e., mortgage and salary financing, by successfully identifying customers’ needs while enhancing the overall relationship between Maybank and its customers.
- To deliver the strategic intent for mortgage and salary financing, including target segment, mortgage portfolio rebalancing, Islamic penetration, digital initiatives, and credit protection.
- To establish and maintain strong customer relationships and close contacts with various parties for referrals, e.g., lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers, property valuers, payroll companies, and selected GLCs.
- To perform consistently in meeting and exceeding set sales targets.
- To adhere to compliance and internal bank policies.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial services and sales advising are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum diploma holder (or equivalent) in any relevant qualification.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills and a team player.
- Good communication skills in engaging with all parties.
