To handle and attend to the full spectrum of work responsibilities categorized as a Finance Executive.

Responsibilities:

1. Able to handle partial or full set of accounts.
2. Manage day-to-day accounting functions and monthly accounts closing; ensure all statutory, regulatory, and external compliance reporting requirements are met; oversee smooth operations of the Finance Department, including financial reporting and suitability reporting.
3. Ensure accurate and proper accounting entries.
4. Prepare month-end reconciliation and consolidated accounts.
5. Assist in the company’s annual audit activities and tax matters.
6. Liaise with bankers, company secretary, auditors, etc.
7. General filing, preparing payments, and processing tax returns.
8. Assist in other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
• Required skills: Autocount Accounting Software, MS Office.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Willing to work in Seri Petaling.
