Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia, for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide product and service information, and maintain customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, updating records, and ensuring accurate communication through various channels.
