Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Training at OZO George Town Penang, located in Georgetown. The Assistant Manager Training will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of staff, ensuring that company standards and procedures are followed. Daily tasks will include designing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, supervising and mentoring team members, and improving overall staff performance through continuous education and skill development. The role involves frequent interaction with various departments to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives and enhanced customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and proven experience in managing teams
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Training & Development and conducting Training sessions
  • Professional Customer Service skills
  • Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
