Our #PeopleandMobilityTeam is expanding! We are looking for a People Solutions Support Partner to deliver high-quality, timely, and efficient HR operational support across all key moments of the employee lifecycle. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and business leaders to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes and services, supporting organizational goals and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for people-related inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  2. Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and other key lifecycle events with efficiency and compliance.
  3. Ensure employee data is accurately and effectively maintained.
  4. Coordinate with payroll, compensation and benefits, and talent teams to ensure smooth and impactful people-service delivery.
  5. Assist in HR reporting, audit requests, and compliance documentation as needed.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional people shared services to support consistent service standards.

Requirements

  • Min 1 or 2 years of experience in people operations, shared services, or support functions within people and mobility.
  • Min Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • People, service, and solution-oriented.
  • Mobile, highly dependable, and a strong team player.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational organization.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in digital HR tools and platforms.
