Job Summary:

- Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
- Saturday: Morning shift
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
- Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and issue sales quotations, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and issues.
- Maintain updated customer records and pricing in the system.
- Handle after-sales service and support customer inquiries or complaints.
- Follow up on payments and support credit control activities.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks like payment entries, invoice verification, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain customer aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for billing, credit notes, and payments.
- Support month-end closing activities related to sales and receivables.
- Maintain proper filing of documents such as POs, DOs, invoices, and payment records.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales and account reports.
- Coordinate internal meetings and update schedules or calendars.
- Collaborate with other departments to confirm stock availability, delivery schedules, and raw material requirements.
- Assist with ISO documentation, internal audits, or compliance procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or the plastic industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work in Pandamaran, Selangor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
