Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
    • Saturday: Morning shift
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and issue sales quotations, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and issues.
  • Maintain updated customer records and pricing in the system.
  • Handle after-sales service and support customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Follow up on payments and support credit control activities.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks like payment entries, invoice verification, and account reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain customer aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for billing, credit notes, and payments.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to sales and receivables.
  • Maintain proper filing of documents such as POs, DOs, invoices, and payment records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly sales and account reports.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and update schedules or calendars.
  • Collaborate with other departments to confirm stock availability, delivery schedules, and raw material requirements.
  • Assist with ISO documentation, internal audits, or compliance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing or the plastic industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work in Pandamaran, Selangor.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
