Job summary:

• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM4,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Design and realize all parts on assigned development projects, process improvements, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, meeting deadlines, cost, quality, and delivery standards.
• Develop 3D and 2D drawings using SolidWorks software.
• Follow projects from design and mold development to mass production.
• Define specifications and tolerances for parts of the development project.
• Resolve issues related to design and development.
• Review and evaluate product design, samples, drawings, and specifications; prepare BOM.
• Develop test processes, conduct testing and analysis, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, and customers to facilitate tasks.
• Complete and follow up on all required documentation (e.g., SPTT, APQP) for project stages.
• Knowledge of IATF standards is an added advantage.
