Are you a creative, data-driven marketer with a passion for food and lifestyle branding? We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the F&B industry to lead marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with minimum 2 years in the F&B industry
Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
Familiar with social media, paid ads, content marketing, and influencer collaboration
Creative mindset with strong analytical and project management skills
Experience working with dine-in and delivery campaigns
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
As our Marketing Manager, you will take charge of all marketing activities, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting. You’ll work closely with our operations and outlet teams to launch campaigns that resonate with our target audience—especially the Chinese-speaking market.
This role is ideal for someone who understands local food culture, consumer trends, and can turn insights into compelling campaigns.Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies focused on brand awareness, dine-in traffic, and delivery growth.
