We invite the best talent to join us as Team Lead / Assistant Manager of Risk Management to build your career and grow with the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the risk management team in handling risk issues related to securities, futures, OTC products, etc.
  2. Implement, update, and review policies and procedures to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage daily margin and limit excess; prepare margin calls and enforcement notices to clients.
  4. Design risk models for various products to improve risk assessment accuracy.
  5. Perform portfolio analysis and stress testing with management.
  6. Monitor portfolio and market/issuer risks for early detection of emerging collateral risks.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address risk concerns and implement mitigation strategies.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and risk management trends to enhance practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, or related fields.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in risk management, finance, or investment fields.
  • Experience in risk reviews and risk-based audits.
  • Trading experience in Equity or Futures is preferred.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms like MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong command of both English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
