Job description

To assist in data entry, prepare records, filing, and perform other general clerical duties.

Maintain accuracy and organization of data entries.

Handle customer service responsibilities such as following up with customers according to their requests and reporting estimate delivery dates.

Communicate with relevant departments such as Store, Planning, and Sales to ensure smooth and timely delivery to customers.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • No prior work experience needed.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and handling emails with suppliers and customers.
  • Independent and eager to learn.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
