Business Development Manager (Printing Industry, Malaysia Market)
Job Responsibilities:

• Development of new customers for corrugated box packaging, offset packaging, display stands, premium boxes, gift boxes, or other related packaging.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal relationships with potential and current customers.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Responsible for solutions aimed at increasing customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain awareness and report on activities of competitors as well as customers.
• Service existing customer accounts while actively hunting for new customers and market opportunities within the packaging sector.
• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning sales call schedules.
• Provide product and service information by answering questions and requests.
• Prepare cost estimates by studying design/sample and related customer documents; consult with designers and other technical personnel.
• Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the packaging industry or trading business experience in Singapore.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiatives and drive towards targets.
