A well-established steel pipe manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager.

Your new company

You will be working as a Business Development Manager for a reputable steel pipe manufacturer with a strong presence across Southeast Asia.

Your new role
  1. Revenue Optimization & Deal Negotiation: Engage in pricing discussions, handle objections through strategic negotiation, and aim to maximize revenue while ensuring positive business outcomes.
  2. Collaboration & Proposal Development: Work with internal teams and marketing staff to craft targeted approaches, develop compelling proposals, and address client concerns effectively.
  3. Client Relationship & Business Growth: Build and maintain strategic customer relationships, research potential clients, and negotiate deals to support long-term organizational growth.
  4. Sales Development & Market Expansion: Drive steel pipe sales across the Asia Pacific region, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen market position.
What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales.
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience dealing with Oil & Gas and Construction industries.
