You are

• Meticulous, with an eye for detail, ensuring that every department has the equipment they require.
• Organised and structured, managing and prioritising your tasks efficiently.
• Key to our activity, working with different departments and contributing to our overall success.

You will

• Ensure the functions of purchasing & supplies, in compliance with the standards and procedures set out in the village and by the Regional Purchasing Department.
• Validate and generate all orders and supplies.
• Provide statistical support on Purchasing and Supplies to all Department heads to aid their administration.
• Collaborate with the Regional Purchasing Department on all the village’s purchasing and stock control activities.
