Job Opportunity: Insurance Product Expert at HSBC

Join HSBC's Wealth and Personal Banking team as an Insurance Product Expert. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities
  1. Meeting KPIs: Achieve sales performance targets for Relationship Managers and branches, meet wealth insurance revenue goals, and maintain desired product mix for PERML. Ensure overall participation, productivity, conversion ratios, profitability, and quality sales.
  2. Sales Activities & Management: Support Relationship Managers and Branch Leaders, review client portfolios, assist in client meetings, stay updated on new products and market trends, recommend suitable solutions, demonstrate core values (Open, Connected, Dependable, Courageous Integrity), provide financial planning advice, organize branch activities, and oversee overall insurance business.
  3. After Sales Service: Provide guidance on claims, policy changes, and ongoing support to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Results-oriented with a keen interest in product support roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in Bancassurance and life insurance, preferably in banking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with immediate right to work locally and no need for relocation will be prioritized due to urgent hiring needs.
