Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Make Up Initiative

• Provide instant makeup services to customers or at events as needed.
• Achieve sales targets across skincare, body care, and makeup categories.

2. Deliver Sales & KPIs

• Increase product sales in-store.
• Understand sales KPIs, basic SOPs, and brand structure.

3. Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service according to Clarins standards.
• Recruit new customers and foster loyalty and repeat purchases.

4. Product, Inventory & Follow-up Skills

• Participate in store operations.
• Have basic knowledge of product selling, franchise, and sales reports.

Requirements:

• At least one year of makeup skills and experience.

• Passionate about beauty and skincare.
