Job Title: Executive, Customer Fulfilment

Seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Executive, Customer Fulfilment to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will support the Assistant Manager in coordinating and implementing projects. Your responsibilities include liaising with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling project documentation to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for project implementation, mainly focusing on network transport related to PTN, including installation and configuration of network switches and routers.
• Planning bandwidth aggregation by implementing LAG port balancing during high bandwidth utilisation.
• Planning network/service routes to ensure low utilisation in the PTN ring/subring.
• Conducting bandwidth upgrades and provisioning of new services in the NMS based on project requirements.
• Service migration and integration with customer equipment.
• Resource planning such as staff, equipment, and materials to meet project delivery timelines.
• Reviewing Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) and Technical Proposals (TP) before equipment installation.
• Reviewing Certificates of Acceptance to ensure parameters meet requirements before client release.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field.
• Proven experience in fibre optic networks, routers, PTN, DWDM.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and data management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve goals.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
