We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to oversee the relationships of Maxis with its Mid Market clients in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customer relationships by understanding their requirements. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building strong relationships with strategic customers, identifying needs, and promoting our Maxis solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business for long-term success. Fresh graduates with energy and a can-do attitude are highly encouraged to apply!

What are you accountable for?
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for a larger market portfolio to meet KPIs and goals of assigned accounts.
  2. Build market position by identifying potential deals and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.
  3. Develop retention strategies to minimize churn.
  4. Analyze market data and risks to support business decisions.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of company information and tenders.
  6. Expand account coverage beyond dealer networks where applicable.
  7. Assist the collection team with customer aging issues.
  8. Keep CRM pipelines updated and explore new opportunities weekly from initiation to closing.
  9. Develop account plans to increase revenue.
  10. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
