As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Legal Associates, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and contributing to our clients' success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our lawyers
  2. Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
  3. Preparing and maintaining client files, documentation, and correspondence
  4. Maintaining the firm's litigation database and filing systems
  5. Ensuring the efficient organization and management of physical and digital files, records, and databases
  6. Liaising with clients, courts, and other external parties as required
  7. Performing general office duties to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and court systems
