About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our growing team at Wong & Partners Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our busy office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative and clerical support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  2. Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  3. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  4. Maintaining and organising filing systems, both physical and electronic
  5. Ordering office supplies and managing inventory as needed
  6. Providing support for various projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment such as printers and scanners
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of a dynamic workplace
