Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a licensed Safety and Health Officer (SHO) to liaise with DOSH on regulatory compliance and audits.
- Support Keysight's EHS systems, programs, initiatives, and workgroups to meet local regulatory requirements, Keysight Corporate EHS Objectives and Targets, EHSMS (ISO14001 & ISO45001), and RBA requirements.
- Assist in EHS audits, including those from customers, corporate, local authorities, and insurance companies.
- Provide timely advice and information related to EHS performance, compliance, trends, and concerns.
- Address EHS-related concerns from Keysight and its customers.
- Understand and support the implementation of the Intelex database structure for local EHS operations.
- Manage record retention in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate, update, and implement EHS procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Identify and assess potential risks from work processes and recommend measures to eliminate or control these risks.
- Support onsite emergency response communication, training, evacuation, and drills.
- Conduct regular EHS onsite inspections and safety reviews of equipment, buildings, processes, and layouts.
- Investigate and monitor injuries, illnesses, and incidents, reporting to relevant authorities and implementing strategic improvements.
- Perform other duties or ad-hoc programs as assigned.

Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or EHS fields.
- At least 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, construction, project, or facility maintenance.
- Licensed SHO with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience.
- Experience dealing with regulatory agencies (e.g., DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, MoH, Atom Malaysia, MBPP) and compliance officers preferred.
- Experience in implementing comprehensive EHS management systems.
- Experience conducting hazard and risk assessments (HIRARC) in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge in ERT, fire safety, ergonomics, machine guarding, industrial hygiene, process hazard management, chemical/gas safety, and occupational health.
- Practical experience with engineering control concepts and design.
- Strong computer and database skills.
- Certifications such as CePSWAM (Scheduled Waste) and Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) are preferred.
